Cool. After you get those answers, then you can move on to questions that require a little more thinking. These are the questions that tell you a lot about the person you’re interviewing. Definitely pay attention to their core values – if they align with yours, you’re golden! And, make sure to note if any responses seem like a red flag. If they do, listen to your gut! It’s probably telling you that’s not the right person to hire for your business. Trust yourself and trust the process, friends.
