Another great way to practice gratitude each day is to keep a little whiteboard on your desk and write something new every morning when you sit down for work. And here’s the best part: you don’t have to think of something BIG every single day. You can feel grateful for the warmth of the sun on your face, your morning latte, or even the fact that you remembered to wash your dirty clothes the night before. Gratitude is about appreciating all of the good things, not just the major ones.
